Missing Confirmation Email:

 

If payment was deducted but you haven't received a confirmation email, promptly reach out to PrinterPix customer support and provide us the following details,

 

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Address & Postal code.
  3. Your registered email address 
  4. And also the screenshot of the money transaction will expedite the process.

 

Order Status "Invalid":

 

Customized products undergo a manufacturing process that may temporarily prevent order tracking. However, once dispatched, you'll receive a comprehensive confirmation email. Orders with priority tracking will allow you to monitor their progress.
