To request a copy of your previous order, you can reach out to the PrinterPix customer support team within 60 days of placing the order. Alternatively, you can access the PrinterPix homepage and navigate to the "My Projects" option located in the top right corner of the drop-down menu. There, you will find a copy of your order, allowing you to review it or place a new order based on the same specifications.
